T800复合材料弹体结构湿热环境贮存寿命研究

摘要 分析T800复合材料弹体结构在湿热环境下力学性能变化规律及贮存寿命。通过分析碳纤维复合材料在湿热环境下的失效机理,进行了湿热环境复合材料加速试验方法研究,设计并开展了基于多力学性能参数的材料级和整机级的加速试验。利用加速试验获取了T800碳纤维/氰酸酯、T800碳纤维/环氧、T800碳纤维/双马三种材料随贮存时间增加的性能变化趋势并验证了材料的贮存寿命。通过材料级和整机级两个层级的材料性能参数对比验证,环氧树脂基、双马树脂基在湿热环境下的强度较氰酸酯树脂基相对稳定。建议对新研复合材料要进行湿热环境的加速试验,充分验证材料长期湿热环境下的力学性能。 The mechanical properties and storage life of T800 combined material in hot and humid environment are analyzed.By analyzing the failure mechanism of carbon fiber composites in hot and humid environment,the accelerated test method of compound materials in humid and hot environment was studied,and the accelerated tests of material level and whole machine level based on multi mechanical properties parameters were designed and carried out.The change trend of properties of T800 carbon fiber / cyanate ester,T800 carbon fiber / epoxy and T800 carbon fiber / bismaleimide with increasing storage time was obtained by accelerated test,and the storage life of the materials was verified.The strength of epoxy and bismaleic resin base is relatively stable compared with cyanate resin base in hot and humid environment.It is suggested that accelerated tests should be carried out for the newly developed composites to fully verify the mechanical properties of the compound material under long-term hot and humid environment.
