液晶显示器关键测试指标研究

Research on Key Test Indexes of LCD

目前国内外学者对液晶显示器的测试方法、测试设备有较广泛的研究,但在用于可靠性评价的关键测试指标研究方面仍处于空白阶段。本文通过对研制单位提供的液晶显示器亮度、亮度均匀性和响应时间等核心测试指标参数的统计分析,结合液晶显示器可靠性强化试验过程中各指标的变化情况,对液晶显示器的关键测试指标进行研究。

Domestic and foreign scholars have conducted extensive research on the testing methods and equipment of LCD,but they are still at a blank stage in the research of key test indexes for reliability evaluation.In this paper,the key test index of LCD,such as brightness,brightness uniformity and response time are studied through the statistical analysis.Combined with the changes of each index during the reliability enhancement test of the LCD,the key test indexes of the LCD are studied.
