离心式恒加速度试验设备基本参数及试验误差探讨

摘要 文章通过对离心机加速度方向、加速度数值、试品安装半径等基本参数特性的分析,得出离心机使用及控制等方面的有效方法。以现有的SM-100型转臂离心式恒加速度试验机为例进行分析讨论,分析试品在某一设定加速度试验时,不同半径点上可能承受的最大和最小加速度,得出典型安装半径试验误差范围内对应的试品被允许安装的最大尺寸;同时分析了典型安装半径上加速度值分布情况及误差分布。为加速度试验设计提供一定的实践参考依据。 Based on the analysis of the basic parameters such as the direction of the acceleration of the centrifuge,the acceleration value and the installation radius of the test article,the effective methods for the use and control of the centrifuge are obtained.Taking the existing SM-100 rotary arm centrifugal constant acceleration testing machine as an example,this paper analyzes the maximum and minimum accelerations that the samples may be subjected to at different radius points during a certain set acceleration test,and obtains the maximum size of the samples that are allowed to be installed within the error range of typical installation radius test.At the same time,the distribution of acceleration and error over typical mounting radius are analyzed.It provides some practical reference for the design of acceleration test.
