电热油汀油道结构设计方法研究

摘要 电热油汀表面温度影响用户取暖效果的体验,温度越高取暖效果越舒适,而表面温度直接影响产品的安全性能。在确保电热油汀表面温度符合国家安全标准的前提下,提升电热油汀取暖效果是技术的核心。通过对电热油汀加热时油道内部热量流动方向及温度变化趋势的分析,提出了一种全新的油道结构设计方法。油道优化后的电热油汀在取暖效果及汀体温度均匀性上均得到了40%以上的提升,性能改善显著。 The surface temperature of oil-filled electric heater affects the user’s experience of heating effect,the higher the temperature is,the more comfortable the heating effect is,while the surface temperature directly affects the product’s safety performance.On the premise of ensuring that the surface temperature of oil-filled electric heater should meet the national safety standards,improving the heating effect of oil-filled electric heater is the core of the technology.Based on the analysis of the heat flow direction and the temperature change trend in the oil channel when the oil-filled electric heater is working,a new design method of oil channel structure is proposed.The heating effect and temperature uniformity of the oil-filled electric heater improved by more than 40 %,performance improving significantly.
