利用大型溞评估离子液体[C_(8)mim]Cl生物毒性初探 被引量:1

摘要 为评估1-辛基-3-甲基咪唑氯盐([C_(8)mim]Cl)的生物毒性,本研究以大型溞(Daphnia magna)为实验对象,通过急性毒性实验分析了不同日龄大型溞对[C_(8)mim]Cl的敏感性,并以存活率、产溞能力和蜕皮次数为指标研究了[C_(8)mim]Cl对大型溞的慢性毒性效应,这将为评估离子液体的毒性效应提供科学依据.结果表明,[C_(8)mim]Cl对1、2、4日龄大型溞的48 h半致死浓度(LC_(50))分别为208.9、182.7、178.6μg·L^(-1),表明随着大型溞日龄的增加,[C_(8)mim]Cl对大型溞的毒性效应逐渐增大并趋于稳定.此外,[C_(8)mim]Cl对大型溞生活史中的初次产溞时间、总产溞数目、总产溞次数和蜕皮次数等影响不显著,但显著影响大型溞的存活率和初次产溞个数,因此,大型溞的存活率和初次产溞个数是评估[C_(8)mim]Cl对大型溞慢性毒性效应的两个较为敏感的指标. In order to evaluate the biotoxicity of 1-octyl-3-methylimidazolium chloride([C_(8)mim]Cl)to Daphnia magna,the sensitivity of D.magna aged different days to[C_(8)mim]Cl was studied through acute toxicity experiments.The survival rate,capacity of producing,and exuviate times were used as indicators to investigate the chronic toxic effects of[C_(8)mim]Cl on D.magna,which would provide scientific evidences for further evaluating the toxic effects of ionic liquids.The results showed that the 48 h-LC_(50)values of[C_(8)mim]Cl to D.magna aged 1,2 and 4 days macrophages were 208.9,182.7,178.6μg·L_(-1),respectively,indicating that the toxic effects of[C_(8)mim]Cl on D.magna increased as the day-age D.magna increased and then stabilized.Moreover,it was showed that[C_(8)mim]Cl had no significant effects on the first-generation time,total number and times,and total exuviate times of Daphnia magna,but the ionic liquid significantly inhibited the survival rate and the the first-generation number of Daphnia magna,suggesting that the survival rate and the first-generation number of Daphnia magna,would be the two sensitive indicators for evaluating the chronic toxic effects of[C_(8)mim]Cl on D.magna.
