燃煤电厂煤中氯的迁移和释放特征 被引量:5

The migration and release characteristics of chlorine during coal combustion in coal-fired power plants

摘要 采集安徽省4个燃煤电厂的燃煤、烟气以及燃煤副产物样品,通过离子色谱测定样品中氯(Cl)的含量,并对其残留、赋存和迁移特征进行了研究.结果表明,研究的煤中Cl含量偏低,煤中Cl与煤中铅、汞以及全硫含量存在显著相关,而与煤中水分、灰分相关性较弱.煤燃烧过程中Cl的释放率与燃烧温度和挥发分具有较高的相关性,煤燃烧过程中Cl大部分转移到烟气中,除尘器对颗粒态Cl具有很好地除尘效果,且布袋除尘器对颗粒态Cl的脱除效果高于静电除尘器的脱除效果,石灰石-湿法脱硫装置对烟气中HCl具有较高的脱除效果. Based on the contents of chlorine(Cl)determined by ion chromatography,this study systematically investigated the levels,occurrence and transformation of Cl in coal and its combustion products from four coal-fired power plants(CFPPs)in Anhui province.Results indicated that Cl content in coals was low,which positively correlated with the contents of lead,mercury,and total sulfur,whereas weakly correlated with the moisture and ash yield.The releasing rate of Cl during coal combustion was highly correlated with temperature and volatile matter,and most Cl transferred into the flue gas.Dust collector and wet flue gas devices equipped in the CFPPs were robust to remove Cl in particulate phase,and the fabric filter showed higher removal efficiency compared with the electrostatic precipitator.
