摘要
内蒙古乌达煤火区地表存在高酸性煤火海绵体(CFS).为了表征CFS,本文运用了飞行时间二次离子质谱(TOF-SIMS)分析方法,结果显示CFS富含HSO^-4、SO^-4、F^-、S^+、Ca^+、Fe^+、FeO^+、FeSO^+、Cd^+等特征正负离子.离子成像分析进一步表明,CFS中的硫酸盐成分主要为石膏(CaSO4)、绿矾(Fe2(SO4)3)、硫酸镉(CdSO4)和硫酸氢铵(NH4HSO4)等.由此可见,研究区地表已存在酸的污染,亦显示TOF-SIMS在表征污染物化学组成方面能够发挥作用.
High acid coal fire sponge(CFS)exists on the surface of the Wuda coal fire area,Inner Mongolia.The characterization of CFS was carried out by time of flight secondary ion mass spectrometry(TOF SIMS).The CFS is rich in ion morphology of HSO^-4,SO^-4,F^-,S^+,Ca^+,Fe^+,FeO^+,FeSO^+,Cd^+and other characteristic positive and negative ions.The results showed that the sulphur compositions of CFS were gypsum(CaSO4),copperas(Fe2(SO4)3),cadmium sulfate(CdSO4)and ammonium bisulfate(NH4 HSO4).Thus,the surface of the study area has been contaminated with acid.It is also shown that TOF SIMS can play a role in characterizing the chemical composition of pollutants.
