武汉市某高校餐厨垃圾资源化处理工程实例 被引量:1

A PROJECT EXAMPLE OF KITCHEN WASTE RESOURCE PROCESSING FROM A UNIVERSITY IN WUHAN

摘要 武汉市某高校餐厨垃圾处理规模为5 t/d,预处理采用分拣、破碎、脱水、油水分离,主体工艺采用好氧发酵,系统运行中产生的废水采用UASB厌氧反应器及粉末活性炭膜生物反应器组合工艺处理后达标排放;产生的废气采用喷淋塔及等离子体光催化氧化组合工艺处理后达标排放。好氧发酵辅热采用空气能为热源,节能降耗,整体工艺运行稳定,自控程度高,可变废为宝产出有机肥,其品质优于或达到NY/T 525—2021《有机肥料》的要求,有效实现餐厨垃圾的减量化、资源化处理,可为国内高校及单位食堂等餐厨垃圾处理项目提供参考及示范。 The scale of kitchen waste processing station in a university in Wuhan is 5 tons/day.The pretreatment adopts sorting,crushing,dehydration,and oil-water separation.The main process adopts aerobic fermentation.The wastewater generated from system running adopts a combined process of UASB anaerobic reactor and powder activated carbon membrane bioreactor to treat and then discharged up to standard;the exhaust gas is treated by a combined process of spray tower and plasma photocatalytic oxidation and then discharged up to standard.The auxiliary heat of aerobic fermentation uses air energy as the heat source,this way can save energy and reduce consumption.The overall process is stable with high level automatic control.The waste can be turned into treasure in the form of organic fertilizer,and the quality can reach even better than the"Organic Fertilizer"(NY/T 525-2021)standard,it can effectively realize the reduction and resource treatment of kitchen waste,which can provide reference and demonstration significance for domestic universities,unit canteens and other kitchen waste treatment projects.
