新环卫收运体系下垃圾转运站存在问题及发展前景分析

PROBLEMS AND PROSPECT ANALYSIS OF WASTE TRANSPER STATION UNDER THE NEW SANITATION COLLECTION AND TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM

垃圾转运站是连接垃圾产生源头和末端处置系统的结合点,是垃圾分类、存储、压缩和转运的重要场地,在生活垃圾收运系统里起着链接、中转、调度的作用。分析了转运站邻避选址、规划布局,设计建设及二次污染等问题,并对新环卫收运体系下城区转运站提升改造,新建转运站合理布点及功能扩展,城乡垃圾分类收运设施全覆盖进行探讨。

The waste transter station is the junction point connecting the waste source and the end disposal system,it is an important site for waste classification,storage,compression and transfer,it plays the role of linking,transferring and dispatching in the domestic waste collection and transportation system。This paper analyzes the adjacent location,planning layout,design and construction,secondary pollution and other issues of the transfer station,the upgrading and reconstruction of urban transfer stations,the rational distribution and functional expansion of new transfer stations,and the full coverage of urban and rural garbage classification collection and transportation facilities are discussed under the new sanitation collection and transportation system。
