废钢分类判级的现状分析与展望

摘要 废钢作为炼钢的重要原料,在碳达峰和碳中和目标下,其使用量将会持续增加。国内废钢资源不足将会导致短期内进口废钢量增加,废钢分类判级的重要性也日益增加。对比了关于废钢分类及检验的国家标准GB/T 4223—2017《废钢铁》和GB/T 39733—2020《再生钢铁原料》。从标准的变化、研究进展方面分析了废钢分类的现状。对废钢分类进行了展望,指出加强废钢分类标准体系建设、建设废钢智能判级系统是其未来的发展方向。 As an important raw material for steelmaking,the use of steel scrap will continue to increase under the target of carbon peaking and carbon neutralization.The shortage of domestic steel scrap resources will lead to an increase in the amount of imported scrap in the short term,and the importance of classification and grading of steel scrap is also increasing.The national standard GB/T 4223—2017 iron and steel scraps and GB/T 39733—2020 recycling iron-steel materials for scrap classification and inspection are compared.The current situation of scrap classification is analyzed from the changes of standards and research progress.The classification of steel scrap is prospected,and it is pointed out that strengthening the construction of steel scrap classification standard system and building steel scrap intelligent grading system are the future development direction.
