摘要
城市生活垃圾的资源化利用是当前环保行业的重要任务之一。提出一种生活垃圾资源化利用技术,生活垃圾经过预处理技术后,再经过超高压干湿分离技术将垃圾分为干、湿2种组分,其中干组分垃圾经过热解气化后产生热解气,湿组分垃圾经过厌氧发酵后产生沼气。最终热解气和沼气经过净化及混合后采用燃气内燃机进行发电。
The resource utilization of municipal domestic garbage is an important task in the current environmental protection industry.This paper puts forward a resource utilization technology of municipal domestic garbage,after the pretreatment technology,the municipal domestic garbage is separated into dry and wet components by ultra-high pressure dry and wet classification technology,in which the dry component garbage is pyrolyzed and gasified to produce pyrolysis gas,and the wet component garbage is anaerobically fermented to produce biogas.Finally,the pyrolysis gas and biogas are purified and mixed to generate electricity by gas internal combustion engine.
