摘要
燃煤电厂电除尘器和脱硫系统分别以除尘与脱硫功能为主,研究了脱硫系统的性能效率和脱硫系统对于除尘协同能力,根据前端烟气含硫量和上述脱硫协同性能,获得排放烟气含尘量的排放优化协同处置方案,根据燃煤电厂的机组负荷与前端烟气含硫量、含尘量的组合关系,以及对应的脱硫系统的最优运行参数,按照循环泵组合优化,自动对电除尘系统的高低压运行参数进行协同控制优化,实现在达到环保排放情况下的有效降低运行电耗,实现节能减排。
Although the electric precipitator(ESP)and desulfurization system of coal-fired power plants are mainly used for dust removal and desulfurization.The performance efficiency of the desulfurization system and the desulfurization system's synergetic ability for dust removal are studied.According to the sulfur content of the front-end flue gas and the above-mentioned desulfurization synergetic performance,the optimal collaborative disposal scheme for the emission of the dust content of the flue gas is obtained.According to the combination relationship between the unit load of the coal-fired power plant and the sulfur content and dust content of the front-end flue gas,as well as the optimal operating parameters of the corresponding desulfurization system,the optimization was carried out according to the combination of circulating pumps,Automatic collaborative control and optimization of the high and low pressure operating parameters of the electrostatic precipitator system to effectively reduce the operating power consumption and achieve energy conservation and emission reduction under the condition of achieving environmental protection emissions.
