基于流域综合整治下的湖库型水源地保护与管理

WATER SOURCE PROTECTION AND MANAGEMENT BASED ON BASIN REGULATION

水源地保护是一个系统工程,根据其汇水范围,适宜基于流域的视角去全局统筹。依据湖库型水源地的特征,总结威胁水源地水质、水量、水生态等诸多因素,从单一纬上升到全方位的要素管控,从陆域的污染源产生端口到过程纬的转输端口,最后到收纳水体的接受端口,全域空间覆盖,加强监督管理,旨在恢复水源地流域的自体良性生态循环。

Water source protection is a systematic project.According to its catchment range,it is appropriate to make overall planning based on the perspective of the basin.According to the characteristics of the lake reservoir type water source,the paper summarizes many factors that threaten the water source,such as water quality,water volume,water ecology,etc.,which rise from a single latitude to the overall factor control,from the land pollution source generation port to the process dimension transfer port,to the receiving port of the receiving water body,covering the whole space,strengthening the supervision and management,in order to restore the virtuous cycle of the self ecology of the water source.
