我国城市市政公用设施10年发展概况、区域差异及规律分析

THE GENERAL SITUATION,REGIONAL DIFFERENCE AND REGULAR ANALYSIS OF MUNICIPAL PUBLIC FACILITIES IN CHINESE CITIES OVER THE PAST TEN YEARS

2011—2020年,我国城市市政公用设施发展迅速,轨道交通、供热、燃气和排水等建成指标增幅超过90%,固定资产投资总额年均增长超过900亿元。6大分区的城市市政公用设施的发展方向趋同,华东地区的市政公用设施总量和人均格局在全国具有引领作用,各区域间的人均建成情况和人均固定资产投资情况差异较小。省级行政区域的社会经济指标对于其市政公用设施建成总量影响显著,地区生产总值与包括供水管道长度、排水管道长度和污水处理厂数量等在内的5项指标间存在强相关关系。

From 2011 to 2020,Chinese municipal public facilities developed rapidly,with the completion index of trail transit,heating,gas and drainage increasing by more than 90%,and the total investment in fixed assets increasing by an annual average of more than 90 billion yuan.The development direction of municipal public facilities in the six regions was similar.The total amount and per capita pattern of municipal public facilities in East China played a leading role in the country,and there was little difference in the per capita construction and per capita fixed asset investment among regions.The socio-economic indicators of provincial administrative regions had a significant impact on the total amount of municipal public facilities,and there was a strong correlation between the gross regional domestic product and the five indicators including the length of water supply pipelines,the length of sewers and the number of sewage treatment plants.
