高温热水解对污泥脱水性能的影响

摘要 采用热水解方法对污泥进行脱水预处理,考察了污泥脱水性能、沉降性能改善情况以及滤液中有机物的溶出情况。研究表明:热水解温度是影响脱水的主要因素,170℃以上可以降低污泥的含水率,170℃、120 min的处理条件对脱水改善效果最好,污泥含水率从94.13%降至68.64%。热水解可以改善污泥沉降性能,温度越高,SV_(30)越小,190℃加热120 min污泥的SV_(30)较原泥下降了37.7%。热水解促进污泥滤液中COD和蛋白质的溶出,180℃时90 min下的SCOD含量较原泥增长了7.68倍,蛋白质在150℃、30 min达到最大溶出量,是原泥的44.39倍。 The hot water solution method was used to dehydrate and pretreat the sludge,and the improvement of the dewatering performance and settling performance of the sludge and the dissolution of organic matter in the filtrate were investigated.The results showed that the temperature of thermal hydrolysis was the main factor affecting the dehydration,and the moisture content of sludge could be reduced above 170℃.The treatment condition of 170℃and 120 min had the best effect on the improvement of dehydration,and the moisture content of sludge decreased from 94.13%to 68.64%.Thermal hydrolysis can improve the settling performance of sludge.The higher the temperature,the smaller the SV_(30).The SV_(30)of sludge heated at 190℃for 120 min decreased by 37.7%compared with the original sludge.Thermal hydrolysis promoted the dissolution of COD and protein in sludge filtrate.The SCOD content at 180℃for 90 min was 7.68 times higher than that of original sludge,and the maximum dissolution amount of protein at 150℃for 30 min was 44.39 times higher than that of original sludge.
