“双碳”背景下污水处理行业降碳减排路径探析 被引量:3

RESEARCH ON CARBON REDUCTION PATH OF SEWAGE TREATMENT INDUSTRY UNDER“DOUBLE CARBON”STRATEGY

摘要 近年来,随着全球气候问题日益突出,极端气候已经给一些国家造成了灾难性影响,国际社会对气候变化关注度日益增高。“双碳”目标的提出对各行业提出了技术革新的要求,也是我国今后一段时期各行业向低碳排放战略转型的方向。污水处理是一种高能耗的产业,污水处理过程主要消耗节电能、药剂等。根据实际工程经验从污水处理厂的顶层设计、污水提升、污水处理工艺,污泥处理以及运维各方面,分析污水处理过程中的耗能情况,并提出各处理阶段可采用的节能降耗技术措施。通过深入分析,城市污水处理厂有较大的节能降耗空间。改进工艺、引进新技术、回收提取能源,将是污水处理厂可实施的降低碳排放的重要途径。 In recent years,the global climate issues is highlighting,and bad weather has brought catastrophic effects to some countries.And the international community is paying increasing attention to climate changing.The goal of"double carbon"puts forward new requirements for technological innovation in industry and is also the direction of transformation to low carbon emission strategy in the future period.Urban sewage treatment is a kind of high energy consumming industry.Sewage treatment process mainly consumes energy such as electric energy,pharmaceutical and so on.Based on practical engineering experience,the paper analyzes the energy consuming from the top design,sewage lifting,sewage treatment process,sludge treatment and operation in all process,and puts forward the energy saving and consumption reduction technology that can be used in each treatment stage.Based on the above analysis,the urban sewage treatment plant has a large space in energy saving.Improving the process,introducing new technology and recycling and extracting energy will be an important way to reduce carbon emission in sewage treatment plants.
