摘要
为评价大嵩江流域地表水中抗生素的污染特征和风险水平,采用高效液相色谱-串联质谱联用技术,分析了浙江省宁波市大嵩江流域地表水中的抗生素残留。大嵩江流域地表水中共检出2类7种抗生素,包括喹诺酮类的环丙沙星、培氟沙星、丹诺沙星、恩诺沙星、氧氟沙星、沙拉沙星和磺胺类的磺胺甲噁唑,检出率依次为0.83%、2.50%、1.67%、8.33%、5.00%、3.33%和7.50%,总抗生素浓度为0~14.2 ng/L。检出的抗生素呈现一定的季节性变化,并随着河流从水源保护地流经农业种植区、城市生活区、水产养殖区至入海口,呈上升趋势。生态风险评估结果显示,23种抗生素总生态风险熵RQs范围在0~0.44,处于中低风险水平,生态风险主要来源于喹若酮类的沙拉沙星和恩诺沙星。
To investigate the spatial and temporal distribution characteristics and risk levels of antibiotics contamination in water of Dasong River in Ningbo,Zhejiang Province,the concentrations of 23 antibiotics were determined by using liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS).The results shown that 7 antibiotics(Ciprofloxacin,Pefloxacin,Danofloxacin,Enrofloxacin,Ofloxacin,Sarafloxacin,Sulfamethoxazole)were detected in water with an overall detection frequency of 21.67%and the concentrations of the detected antibiotics were ranged from 0~14.2 ng/L.The detected antibiotics showed a certain seasonal variation and the antibiotics concentrations was aquaculture area(1.37 ng/L)>agricultural planting area(0.81 ng/L)>urban living area(0.59 ng/L)>water source protection area(not detected).The results of ecological risk assessment showed that the total ecological risk entropy(RQs)of 23 antibiotics ranged from 0 to 0.44,which was moderate levels.The ecological risk sources mainly came from SARA and ENR of quinolones.
