350 MW燃煤电厂掺烧高炉煤气精细燃烧优化调整试验研究及应用

摘要 针对某2×350 MW燃煤电厂掺烧高炉煤气发电工程锅炉开展燃烧优化调整试验研究,以掌握锅炉煤粉与高炉煤气掺烧的燃烧特性,寻求锅炉安全经济燃烧方式。结果表明:在290 MW负荷工况下开展的高炉煤气掺烧位置调整试验中,高炉煤气和神府煤应尽可能保持在下层掺烧,焦炉煤气应尽量在A层掺烧;适当减小燃用神府煤时的燃尽风开度有利于降低飞灰可燃物含量;在350 MW负荷下燃用神府煤时,保持锅炉运行氧量在1.8%,此时锅炉效率达到最高值93.99%,锅炉炉内燃烧工况良好;在290 MW负荷下,当锅炉运行氧量维持在2%时,锅炉效率最高可达到93.2%;在230 MW负荷工况下,当运行氧量为2.5%时热效率为93.43%,飞灰可燃物含量仅为0.69%,锅炉炉内燃烧工况良好。为掺烧高炉煤气燃煤电厂锅炉机组的高效清洁运行提供理论依据和技术支撑。 For a 2×350 MW coal-fired power plant mixed with blast furnace gas power generation project carried out experimental research on combustion optimization and adjustment,in order to master the combustion characteristics of boiler pulverized coal and blast furnace gas mixed combustion,and seek a safe and economic combustion mode of boiler.The research results show that in the adjustment test of blast furnace gas mixing position under 290 mW load condition,blast furnace gas and Shenfu coal should be mixed in the lower layer as much as possible,and coke oven gas should be mixed in the a layer as much as possible;Properly reducing the opening of burnout air when burning Shenfu coal is conducive to reducing the combustible content of fly ash;When burning Shenfu coal under 350 MW load,keep the oxygen content of the boiler running at 1.8%.At this time,the boiler efficiency reaches the maximum value of 93.99%,and the combustion condition in the boiler is good;Under 290 MW load,when the oxygen content of the boiler is maintained at 2%,the boiler efficiency can reach 93.2%;Under 230 MW load condition,when the operating oxygen content is 2.5%,the thermal efficiency is 93.43%,the combustible content of fly ash is only 0.69%,and the combustion condition in the boiler is good.The relevant experimental research provides theoretical basis and technical support for the efficient and clean operation of boiler units in coal-fired power plants with blast furnace gas.
