坚持以生态环境质量改善为核心,落实减污降碳协同增效目标要求,探索在产业园区规划环评中开展温室气体排放评价的技术方法和工作路径,推动形成将气候变化因素纳入环境管理的机制,助力区域产业绿色转型和高质量发展。
Adhere to the improvement of ecological environment quality as the core,implement the objectives and requirements of pollution reduction and carbon reduction synergy,explore the technical methods and working paths of greenhouse gas emission assessment in the planning and environmental assessment of industrial parks,promote the formation of a mechanism to integrate climate change factors into environmental management,and help regional.
