磁加载活性污泥法的应用进展与优化

APPLICATION PROGRESS AND OPTIMIZATION OF MAGNETICALLY LOADED ACTIVATED SLUDGE PROCESS

摘要 磁加载活性污泥法具有生物磁效应、高污泥浓度和污泥沉降快等优点。作为成本较低、无须额外增加构筑物和处理效果较好的活性污泥法的优化升级工艺,磁加载活性污泥法在污水处理厂新建及提标改造方面具上有广阔的应用前景。在文献及工程调研的基础上,介绍了磁活性污泥法的研究与应用进展,针对当前磁加载活性污泥中磁粉的选择与成本、磁粉团聚导致效率低、好氧活性污泥死亡和磁分离设备参数不匹配等技术难点,提出了相应的解决方案如选择最佳磁粉、使用消磁器去剩磁、高效溶氧系统和设计匹配磁粉分离机等,有助于实现磁加载活性污泥法成功应用于污水处理厂工程,为城市污水处理提供新型高效技术。 The magnetically loaded activated sludge process has the advantages of biomagnetic effect,high sludge concentration and fast sludge sedimentation.As the optimization and upgrading process of activated sludge process with low cost,no need for additional structures and good treatment effect,magnetic loading activated sludge process has broad application prospects in the construction and upgrading of sewage treatment plants.On the basis of literature and engineering research,this paper introduces the research and application progress of the magnetic activated sludge method.Aiming at the technical difficulties such as the selection and cost of magnetic particles in the current magnetically loaded activated sludge,the low efficiency caused by magnetic particle agglomeration,the death of aerobic activated sludge,and the mismatch of magnetic separation equipment parameters,the corresponding solutions are proposed,such as selecting the best magnetic particle,using a demagnetizer to remove residual magnetism,efficient dissolved oxygen system,and designing a matching magnetic particle separator.It is helpful to realize the successful application of magnetic loading activated sludge method in the sewage treatment plant,and provide new and efficient technology for urban sewage treatment.
