基于排水系统提升改造的老旧城区黑臭水体整治

REMEDIATION OF BLACK AND ODOROUS WATER BODIES IN OLD URBAN AREAS BASED ON UPGRADING AND RECONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE SYSTEMS

摘要 为探究老旧城区黑臭水体治理措施,以沿海城市老旧小区河道黑臭水体为对象,基于对现状问题的分析与梳理,提出以流域排水系统提升改造为前提的水质提升系列治理措施。实践表明:污水处理厂提升扩建、正本清源、新建管网等措施可以有效阻断水体的外源污染,解决河道内源污染问题可采用清淤疏浚+全面补水+生态景观提升等措施;黑臭水体经过排水系统提升改造等措施整治后,河道水体中DO、氨氮、COD、BOD_(5)等各项指标均可达到地表Ⅳ类水的要求;另外,要实现河道长治久清,需做好顶层设计,建立长效管理机制。 In order to explore the treatment measures for black and odorous water bodies in old urban areas,taking black and odorous water bodies in old communities in coastal cities as the object,and based on the analysis and sorting out of the current problems,a series of treatment measures for water quality improvement based on the improvement and reconstruction of the drainage system of the river basin are proposed.Practice has shown that measures such as upgrading and expansion of sewage treatment plants,clearing the original source,and building a new pipe network can effectively block the external pollution of the water body,and to solve the problem of internal source pollution of the river channel,measures such as dredging and dredging+comprehensive water replenishment+ecological landscape improvement can be adopted;black and odorous water bodies After the improvement and renovation of the drainage system and other measures,the DO,ammonia nitrogen,COD,BOD5 and other indicators in the river water body can meet the requirements of surface IV water;long-term management mechanism.
