典型行业余热余压利用技术综合效益分析

COMPREHENSIVE BENEFIT ANALYSIS OF THE UTILIZATION OF RESIDUAL HEAT AND PRESSURE IN THE TYPICAL INDUSTRIES

摘要 基于区间数理论,针对钢铁、电力和印染行业开展余热余压利用技术的CO_(2)减排效果分析和经济性评估。结果表明:钢铁行业使用烧结余热发电系统、电力行业使用温差发电技术、印染行业使用吸收式热泵技术均能较好的实现企业余热余压利用;同时余热余压的利用不仅可以大量的减少CO_(2)排放,改善大气环境,同时还可以为企业带来一定的经济效益。从减排方面来看,钢铁行业、电力行业和印染行业的年CO_(2)减排量分别达到[14206.5,15153.6]t,[69843,74500]t和[6595,7035]t。从经济方面来看,3个行业的投资收益率分别为[14.5%,17.47%]、[22.34%,26.84%]和[14.60%,16.07%],均高于各自行业的基础投资收益率。与此同时,3个典型行业的静态回收期均未超过7年,最短的电力行业只有[3.72,4.48]年,说明3个行业余热余压的改造投资均可在短期内收回。 Based on interval number theory,this paper examined the CO_(2)emission reduction effects and economic performance of waste heat and pressure utilization technology for the typical industries(i.e.steel industry,power industry,and printing and dyeing industry).The results show that the exploration of waste heat recovery technology,thermoelectric technology and absorption heat pump technology in three types of industries was capable of realizing the efficient utilization of waste heat and pressure.These technologies could not only greatly reduce CO_(2)emissions and improve the atmospheric environment,but also create economic benefits.In terms of the environmental benefit,above three industries reduce CO_(2)emission with the values of[14206.5,15153.6],[69843,74500]and[6595,7035]t,respectively.For the economic benefit,the investment return rates of three industries are[14.5%,17.47%]、[22.34%,26.84%]and[14.60%,16.07%],which both are higher than the basic rate of return on investment.Meanwhile,the static payback period of three typical industries both are less than 7 years,especially for the power industry,it is only[3.72,4.48]years.It indicates that three industries own the capabilities with the investment recovery in the short term.
