基于GMS的地下水油气井污染运移研究

摘要 油气井运营过程中的泄漏污染,会对区域环境尤其是地下水造成不良影响。以四川省阆中市某油气井钻探工程为例,根据工程设计资料和实地调查结果,利用GMS软件中的MODFLOW模块模拟地下水流场、MT3DMS模块模拟预测污染物运移,预测石油类、氯化物和耗氧量3种污染物质在第100,365,1000天和10年的污染状况。结果表明:在3种非正常工况下,在泄漏点附近一定范围内耗氧量、石油类、氯化物出现超标现象,但在人工干预情况下影响范围有限,地下水保护目标不会受到污染影响。油气井运营过程中需制定监测计划和应急预案,发现泄漏时采取应急措施,保护地下水水质和区域环境质量。 Leakage pollution during the operation of oil and gas wells will have adverse effects on the regional environment,especially groundwater.Taking the drilling project of an oil and gas well in Langzhong City,Sichuan Province as an example,according to the engineering design data and field investigation results,the MODFLOW module in the GMS software was used to simulate the groundwater flow field,the MT3DMS module was used to simulate and predict the transport of pollutants.The migration of petroleum,chloride and oxygen consumption pollution at 100th,365 th,1000th and 10th years was predicted.The results show that:under the three abnormal working conditions,oxygen consumption,petroleum,and chloride exceed the standard within a certain range near the leakage point,but the influence range is limited under the condition of manual intervention,and the groundwater protection target will not be affected by pollution.During the operation of oil and gas wells,it is necessary to formulate monitoring plans and emergency plans,and take emergency measures when leakage is found to protect groundwater quality and regional environmental quality.
