斐济瑞瓦河供水工程输水方案数值模拟分析

NUMERICAL SIMULATION ANALYSIS OF WATER CONVEYANCE SCHEME OF REWA RIVER WATER SUPPLY PROJECT IN FIJI

摘要 自来水厂送水泵站的供水效率不仅取决于泵站中水泵的自身性能也取决于水池设计的合理性。泵房水池的设计对水泵的性能和效率都有很大影响,当湍流流态的水被吸入水泵内会产生一种自由的旋流流态引起噪声和振动,从而影响吸水泵的性能及寿命,增加了运行维护成本。计算流体力学(CFD)是用电子计算机和离散化的数值方法对流体力学问题进行数值模拟和分析的一种方法,该方法为压力输水设计开辟了一种新的思路。采用软件ANSYS CFX 2019 R3对斐济瑞瓦河供水工程的输水方案进行三维模拟得到的局部速度场计算旋流角来验证设计的合理性,也确保泵站的高效安全运行,为工程设计提供科学依据,同时发挥最大的工程效益和经济效益。 The efficiency of water supply in water plant pump station depends not only on the performance of pump itself but also on the rationality of pool design.Pump room pool design has a great impact on the performance and efficiency of the pump,when the turbulent flow state of water is inhaled into the pump will produce a free swirl flow state caused by noise and vibration,thus affecting the performance and life of the suction pump,increasing the cost of operation and maintenance.Computational fluid dynamics(CFD)is a new method for numerical simulation and analysis of hydrodynamic problems by means of computer and discrete numerical methods,which opens up a new idea for pressure water transport design.In this paper,ANSYS CFX 2019 R3 is used to calculate the swirl Angle of the local velocity field obtained from 3d simulation of the water delivery scheme of Fiji Riva River water supply project to verify the rationality of the design,to ensure the efficient and safe operation of the pump station,to provide scientific basis for the engineering design,and to maximize the engineering benefits and economic benefits.
