摘要
通过采用串联式MBBR-MBR耦合工艺对医院污水处理进行中试实验研究,对比2种工艺对COD、氨氮和TN的实际去除效果;采用逐级提高容积负荷进行试验,探索MBBR-MBR耦合工艺对医院污水污染物去除最佳容积负荷和对COD、氨氮、TN去除效率的提升效果。结果表明:在缺氧池和好氧池分别投加30%容积的悬浮填料,并采用污泥接种法和逐级提升流量法进行挂膜调试,悬浮填料能够在20 d内快速完成挂膜过程;MBBR-MBR耦合工艺对COD、氨氮和TN去除效率分别提升了40%、30%和20%;工艺对COD、氨氮、TN的最佳容积负荷分别为1.8,0.2,0.4 kg/(m^(3)·d)。MBBR-MBR耦合工艺提升了污染物去除的容积负荷,是一个具有良好应用前景的工艺。
Through the use of series MBBR-MBR coupling process to conduct pilot-scale experimental research on hospital sewage treatment,the actual removal effects of the two processes on COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen were compared;the experiment was carried out by increasing the volume load step by step,and the MBBR-MBR coupling process was explored.The optimal volume load for the removal of hospital sewage pollutants and the improvement effect on the removal efficiency of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen.The results show that:adding 30%of the volume of suspended filler to the anoxic tank and aerobic tank,and using the sludge inoculation method and the step-by-step flow method to debug the film hanging,the suspended filler can quickly complete the film hanging process within 20 days;The removal efficiencies of COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen by the MBBR-MBR coupling process were increased by 40%,30%and 20%,respectively;the optimum volumetric loads of the process for COD,ammonia nitrogen and total nitrogen were 1.8 kg/m^(3)·d and 0.2 kg/m^(3)·d,0.4 kg/m^(3)·d.The MBBR-MBR coupling process improves the volume load of pollutant removal and is a process with good application prospects.
