规模化秸秆厌氧发酵预处理技术研究及工程实践 被引量:2

ON RESEARCHING IN WHICH PRETREATMENT TECHNOLOGY AND ENGINEERING PRACTICE OF THE LARGE-SCALE STRAW ANAEROBIC FERMENTATION

摘要 为探索合理的预处理技术以实现秸秆的高效厌氧消化,依托工程项目研究了不同预处理技术的优缺点,以及不同厌氧发酵工艺对预处理技术的要求。结果表明:针对青贮或黄贮秸秆原料,选用半干式或干式厌氧发酵工艺时,原料经一次破碎即可满足厌氧发酵进料要求;选用湿式厌氧发酵工艺时,秸秆原料需经过二次破碎揉丝和微生物仿生水解的综合预处理方式;针对干黄秸秆原料,不建议选用湿式厌氧发酵,可采用半干式或干式厌氧发酵工艺,并结合拆捆除杂和两级破碎的预处理方式,可最大化降低运行成本。 On studying the pretreatment technologies to achieve highly efficient anaerobic digestion of straw,based on engineering practice to study the advantages and disadvantages of different pretreatment technologies,and the pretreatment requirements of different anaerobic fermentation processes.The Study shows that for silage or yellow storage straw raw materials,once semi-dry or dry anaerobic fermentation process is used,the raw materials can meet the requirements of anaerobic fermentation feed after one-time crushing,while the wet anaerobic fermentation process is used,straw raw materials need to go through.The comprehensive pretreatment method of secondary crushing,rubbing and microbial biomimetic hydrolysis,and following the study of dry yellow straw raw materials,wet anaerobic fermentation is not recommended.The pretreatment method of stage crushing could maximize the reduction of operating costs.
