摘要
石灰石-石膏湿法脱硫副产物石膏具有一定的商用价值,但在生产过程中常发生石膏脱水困难的问题,石膏无法综合利用,给电厂文明生产及安全发电造成较大困扰。研究认为浆液密度过高是石膏脱水困难的重要因素之一。对浆液密度影响石膏脱水的机理进行了理论与实验研究,结果显示浆液密度过高将会导致石膏晶体滞涨,影响石膏的脱水效果。将研究成果应用于某电厂石膏脱水困难问题的诊断与治理,效果显著。
Gypsum,the by-product of FGD,has certain commercial value,but it is often difficult to dehydrate gypsum in the production process.Gypsum can not be comprehensively utilized,causing great trouble to the civilized production and safe power generation of power plants.It is considered that the high slurry density is one of the important factors for the difficulty of gypsum dehydration.The mechanism of slurry density affecting gypsum dehydration is studied theoretically and experimentally.The results show that too high slurry density will lead to gypsum crystal stagflation and affect the dehydration effect of gypsum.The research results are applied to the diagnosis and treatment of gypsum dehydration difficulties in a power plant,and the effect is remarkable.
