铜离子氧化聚合配位去除间苯二胺的实验研究

EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON REMOVAL OF M-PHENYLENEDIAMINE BASED ON OXIDATIVE POLYMERIZATION COORDINATION METHOD

摘要 针对间苯二胺(MPD)毒性高、溶解度大、化学稳定性较强的特点,采用铜离子氧化聚合配位MPD形成配位聚合物的方式实现其在水相中的高效去除。采用单因素实验研究离子投加量、反应体系初始pH值和反应时间对去除率的影响;使用FTIR表征反应产物的结构,分析出反应产物为铜胺配位聚合物。基于实验结果及现象,将工艺优化后进行重复实验,先加入CuCl_(2),随后同时加入NaOH,将溶液pH值控制在8~9时,MPD去除率在99.5%以上。优化后的氧化聚合配位法能够为含MPD废水的低成本深度净化提供技术原型。 In view of the characteristics of high toxicity,high solubility and strong chemical stability of m-Phenylenediamine,the copper ion oxidation polymerization of coordinated m-Phenylenediamine to form coordinated polymer was used to achieve its efficient removal in the aqueous phase.The effects of ion dosage,initial pH value of reaction system and reaction time on the removal rate were studied by single factor experiment.FTIR was used to characterize the structure of the reaction products,and the reaction products were analyzed as copper-amine coordination polymers.Based on the experimental results and phenomena,the process was optimized and repeated.CuCl_(2)was added first,then NaOH was added at the same time.When the pH value of the solution was controlled at 8~9,the removal rate of m-Phenylenediamine was stable above 99.5%.The optimized oxidation polymerization coordination method can provide a technical prototype for the deep purification of wastewater containing m-Phenylenediamine at low cost.
