摘要
湖北省某市政污水处理厂处理规模30000 m^(3)/d,执行《城镇污水处理厂污染物排放标准》(GB 18918—2002)一级B标准,系统于2018年初进行提标改造,要求出水达到《地表水环境质量标准》(GB 3838—2002)中的准Ⅲ类水标准,经多方工艺论证,并结合用地限制、运行现状、经济指标等因素,设计采用高效沉淀池-粉末活性炭膜生物反应器组合工艺,分别对总磷、COD、氨氮、色度、悬浮物(SS)等指标进行有效去除,保障出水稳定达标。
A municipal sewage treatment plant in Hubei Province has a processing scale of thirty thousand stere per day,and it operates the"Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Pollutant Discharge Standard"(GB 18918—2002)one-class B permitted criteria.The system was upgraded and reconstructed in early 2018,and the effluent is required to meet the"Surface Water The quasi-type III water standard in the Environmental Quality Standard(GB 3838—2002),by means of a multi-exemplification and argumentation,combined with factors such as land use restrictions,operating status,and economic indicators,this design adopted a high-efficiency sedimentation tank-powder&activated carbon membrane bioreactor combined process.Some indicators such as total phosphorus,chemical oxygen demand,ammonia nitrogen,chroma and suspended solids(SS)could be effectively removed to ensure that the effluent is stable up-to-standard.
