从“异化”到“共鸣”:加速社会中师生关系的情感重塑

From“Alienation”to“Resonance”:The Emotional Reshaping of Teacher-student Relationship in the Accelerating Society

摘要 当今社会已步入加速时代,其衍生出的功绩主义逻辑导致师生情感日趋淡漠。推动师生关系从“情感异化”(沉默、疏离、排斥)向“情感共鸣”(热情、信任、幽默)的转化,要结合我国加速转型期的发展需求,力求在中国语境下从共鸣主体、共鸣方法、共鸣目标三个维度挖掘具有本土意义的师生关系的情感发展路向,即锻造将心比心的师生情感品质,营造情理交融的课堂情感氛围,再造刚柔并济的学校情感秩序。 The society has entered into an accelerated era,but the meritorious logic it has derived has led to an increasingly indifferent emotional state between teachers and students.In order to promote the transformation of teacher-student relationship from“emotional alienation”(silence,alienation&exclusion)to“emotional resonance”(enthusiasm,trust&humor),it is necessary to combine the development needs of China’s accelerated transformation period,explore the emotional development path of teacher-student relationships with local significance from the dimensions of resonance subjects,resonance methods,and resonance goals in the Chinese context.It is to shape the emotional quality of empathy between teachers and students;to create a classroom emotional atmosphere that blends emotions and reasoning;to rebuild a school emotional order that combines strength and flexibility.
