新高考改革是否拉大县域高中和地级市高中的差距

Has the New College Entrance Examination Reform Widened the Gap in Academic Performance between County-level and Municipal-level High Schools

摘要 利用双重差分法分析新高考改革对县域高中毕业生入学某顶尖大学机会的影响发现:在采用“3+3”改革模式的省份,县域高中毕业生入学顶尖大学的机会显著下降;但在采用“3+1+2”改革模式的省份,这一影响不显著。化解新高考改革对县域高中毕业生入学顶尖大学机会的不利影响,既需要县域高中主动适应新高考改革,努力提升教学质量,也需要省市高中结对提供师资等全方位帮扶,更离不开国家专项招生政策给予精准支持。 Employing difference-in-differences estimation,findings indicate that there is a significant decline in the percentage of county-level high school students admitted to top universities in provinces implementing the“3+3”subject combination while the impact on county-level high school students’admission rates is statistically insignificant in provinces employing the“3+1+2”subject combination.To mitigate the adverse effects and improve access to top universities,it is necessary to adapt to the new college entrance examination system enhance high-school educational quality at the county level,and to provide all-round support through faculty resources from municipal and provincial schools,as well as targeted assistance from national specialized admission policies.
