我国工程人才数字能力要素识别与体系构建——基于校企供需两端的整合分析

The Element Identification and System Construction of Digital Competence for Engineering Talentsin China

摘要 为构建我国工程人才数字能力要素体系,对我国13所研究型大学制造类专业本科生的访谈材料和近3万条制造业企业招聘文本进行分析,结果显示,数字能力要素体系包括“基础性能力”、“功能性能力”两大范畴,下分“数字能力综合基础、技术伦理与安全生产、生产过程管理与评价能力、软硬件协同控制能力、高级操作能力”五大亚类以及24个子能力。我国工程人才数字能力要素体系的构建可为高校和相关机构提供数字能力培训和测评标准。 To build a digital competence element system for engineering talents in China,interview materials with undergraduate students majoring in manufacturing from 13 research universities and nearly 30000 recruitment texts from manufacturing enterprises were analyzed.The results indicate that the digital competence element system includes two categories:“fundamental competence”and“functional competence”,five subcategories of“comprehensive foundation of digital competence,technical ethics and safety production,production process management and evaluation competence,software and hardware collaborative control competence,and advanced operation competence”,as well as 24 secondary sub-competencies.The construction of the digital competence element system for engineering talents can provide training and evaluation standards for universities or related institutions.
