建立“劳动教育学”刍议

摘要 劳动教育学的建立既是指导劳动教育实践的客观要求,也是劳动教育理论深化发展的必然趋势。劳动教育学是研究劳动教育现象和问题、探索劳动教育发展规律的科学。劳动教育学的学科性质主要体现为交叉性和实践性,它既是由若干学科相互交叉而形成的学科,又是对劳动教育实践具有指导意义的学科。劳动教育学研究的任务在于指导劳动教育实践的开展和促进劳动教育理论的发展。依据劳动教育学知识的内容特性与功能倾向,可将其分为劳动教育基本理论和劳动教育实践知识两个部分,前者重点研究劳动教育的内涵与特征、目的与功能、教师与学生、课程与教学等,后者主要探讨劳动教育的形态与途径、原则与方法、管理与评价等。 Establishing the pedagogy of labor is both an objective requirement for guiding labor education practice and an inevitable trend to deepen the theory of labor education.The pedagogy of labor is a scientific exploration of the phenomena and issues related to labor education,aiming to uncover the laws governing its development.The interdisciplinary and practical nature of the pedagogy of labor makes it a discipline formed by the intersection of multiple fields,also guiding labor education practice.Its research tasks involve guiding its practice and promoting its theory development.Based on its characteristics and functional tendencies,the pedagogy of labor can be divided into two parts:basic theories of labor education and practical knowledge of labor education.The former focuses on studying the essence and features,the purposes and functions,the teachers and students,and the curriculum and teaching methods of labor education.The latter mainly explores the forms and approaches,the principles and methods,and the management and evaluation of labor education.
