摘要 集权制与分权制纷争是课程治理体制研究面临的突出问题,其根本症结在于“不可公度性”立场与二元对立方法论。课程治理体制具有复杂的理论基础及制约要素系统,具有鲜明的政治性、专业性逻辑与属性,局限于某一理论、逻辑与要素论证课程治理体制必将陷入失范、失偏境遇。集权制与分权制均具有合理性依据,但也都具有局限性问题,试图以一种体制否定另一种体制必然造成“缺陷性”体制。破解集权制与分权制纷争,是课程治理体制重构的根本任务。其根本举措在于遵循政治与专业双重逻辑、坚持一体化方法论原则,使课程治理体制研究摆脱要么集权要么分权的“选择性”困境。 The dispute between centralization and decentralization is a prominent issue in the research of curriculum governance system,whose fundamental crux lies in the position of“incommensurability”and the methodology of binary opposition.The curriculum governance system has a complex theoretical foundation and constraint element system,with distinct political and professional logic and attributes.If the curriculum governance system is limited to a certain theory,logic and elements,it will inevitably fall into a situation of anomie and deviation.Both centralized and decentralized systems have reasonable basis,but they also have limitations.Attempting to negate one system from another will inevitably result in a“flawed”system.Cracking down on the disputes is the fundamental task of restructuring.The fundamental measure is to follow the dual logic of politics and profession,adhere to the principle of integrated methodology,and break free from the“selective”dilemma of either centralization or decentralization in the research of curriculum governance system.
