新高考改革如何促进学生发展——基于学校支持的中介作用研究

How the New College Entrance Examination Reform Promotes Student Development:A Study Based on the Mediating Effect of School Support

摘要 促进学生健康成长成才是新高考改革的出发点和落脚点。研究发现,学生对新高考改革认同度较高,但在家庭社会经济地位、毕业高中类型因素上存在显著差异;政策认同对学生发展具有显著正向影响,且对认知能力发展的正向影响大于对非认知能力发展的正向影响;学校支持在政策认同影响学生发展的过程中起中介作用,且课外活动支持的中介作用略强于学业支持。对此,应加大并优化政策宣传,增进民众对新高考改革的认同度;积极谨慎探索标准化非认知性指标在高校招生中的应用,推动学生非认知能力发展;努力提升薄弱高中的学校支持条件,关注低家庭社会经济地位学生的感知。 Promoting healthy growth of students is the starting point and goal of the new college entrance examination(CEE)reform.Students have a high recognition of the reform,but there are differences in family socioeconomic status(SES)and graduation high school types;policy identity has a positive impact on student development,and the positive impact on cognitive ability development is greater than that on non-cognitive ability development;school support plays a mediating role in the process of policy identity affecting student development,and the mediating effect of extracurricular activity support is stronger than that of academic support.It suggests optimizing policy promotion to enhance public recognition,exploring the application of standardized non-cognitive indicators in college enrollment to promote the development of students’non-cognitive abilities,improving the support of weak high schools and the perception of students with low SES.
