新时代中国拔尖创新人才培养:理念重审与体系优化 被引量:7

The Cultivation of Top-notch Innovative Talents in the New Era of China

摘要 我国自改革开放以来对拔尖创新人才培养进行了系列实践探索,形成了注重追赶性、选拔性和学术性的理念导向。当前,我国教育内外部环境发生了很大变化,亟须以系统思维对其进行理念重审。过于注重追赶性易扰乱整体人才培养节奏,过于注重选拔性易造成竞争泛化并导致教育内卷,过于注重学术性易窄化拔尖创新人才的范围及产出。未来应完善拔尖创新人才选拔标准,以高中分类办学改革促进英才教育与大众教育的融合,以“开放式创新”理念推动人才培养的科产教融合,对拔尖创新人才培养体系进行多维优化。 Since the reform and opening up,China has carried out a series of practical explorations on the cultivation of top-notch innovative talents,has formed a focus on catchingup,selective and academic concept orientation.At present,the internal and external environment of Chinese education has undergone great changes,and it is urgent to re-examine the cultivation concept.From the perspective of systematic thinking,too much focus on catching-up may disrupt the rhythm of overall talent cultivation,too much focus on selective concept may lead to educational involution,and too much focus on academics may narrow the scope and output of top-notch innovative talents.In the future,it should improve the selection criteria,promote the integration of elite education and mass education with the reform of high school classification,and promote the talents cultivation with the concept of“open innovation”.
