论“双一流”学科的建设向度——基于“场域-行动”政策分析的视角

On the Construction Dimensions of“Double First-class”Disciplines

基于政策行动的场域和问题情境分析,整体、动态、开放是“双一流”学科建设的向度。在整体向度上,为“关键多数”的学科示范带动策略和学科涵盖面扩大策略是“双一流”建设的关键制度安排。在动态向度上,“双一流”建设应坚持动态身份,并从动态的比例与周期上建立起学科身份的动态机制。在开放向度上,“双一流”学科的遴选与建设模式是开放的,中国特色与世界意义、揭榜挂帅、非一级学科、自主选择建设学科和分类特色发展的遴选与建设模式体现了不同的开放思想和开放形态。

Based on policy field and problem situation,the construction of“double firstclass”requires to be promoted in a holistic,dynamic and open dimension.On the holistic dimension,the strategy of demonstrating and expanding the coverage of disciplines for the“key majority”is the core institutional arrangement.On the dynamic dimension,the construction of“double first-class”adhere to a dynamic identity,whose mechanism will be built effectively from the dynamic proportion and cycle.On the dimension of openness,the selection and construction mode is including the mode of Chinese characteristics and world significance,enlisting and leading,non-first-level disciplines,independent selection of construction disciplines and the development of classification characteristics.
