摘要
基于2022年度“Nature全球研究生调查”数据,探究学科认同在博士生学术成长中的作用发现:总体上学科认同能显著正向预测博士生的学术能力;学科认同在博士生学术成长过程中的积极作用呈现“前后有中间无”的特点;学科认同的积极作用在欧洲博士生群体中显著,在中美两国博士生群体中不显著。为更好地发挥学科认同的积极作用,需进一步明晰学科认同在博士生培养中的驱动价值,对处于不同阶段的博士生予以针对性支持,科学认识和把握学科认同与跨学科训练间的内在张力。
Based on the data of the Nature Careers Graduate Survey 2022,it explored the effectiveness of discipline identity.It found that there’s a significant positive predictive effect of discipline identity on the academic growth of doctoral students;it showed the characteristics of“working in the early and late stages but none in the middle stage”;there’s a positive effect on the academic growth of European doctoral students,while it didn’t work for Chinese and American doctoral students.Therefore,the driving value of discipline identity should be clarified in various stages of cultivation;the internal tension between disciplinary identity and interdisciplinary training should be understood scientifically.
