摘要
基于2013-2021年“全国高校毕业生就业状况调查”数据,分析本科毕业生因接受高等教育形成的能力增值对其劳动力市场表现的影响,结果发现:能力增值越多,毕业生求职成功率越高,越有可能找到工作,也越有可能落实就业单位;认知能力、非认知能力增值对毕业生劳动力市场表现均产生显著的正向影响;求职策略、就业观念在能力增值影响毕业生劳动力市场表现和就业选择中发挥了显著的调节与部分中介作用。为实现高质量就业,本科毕业生既要增强自身与劳动力市场要求相适应的各项能力,同时也要树立合理的就业观念,采用适宜有效的求职策略。
Based on the national college graduate’employment survey data from 2013to 2021,this paper analyzed the impact of undergraduates’value-added ability on their employment.It is found that:the higher the value-added ability,the higher the success rate of job hunting,and the more likely they are to find a job.Both cognitive and non-cognitive valueadded ability have significant positive effects on undergraduates’entry into the labor market.It also shows that job-seeking strategy and employment concept play the significant role of regulation and partial mediation.In order to achieve a higher quality of employment,undergraduates should set reasonable employment concepts and expectations in combination with their own reality,and strive to enhance their cognitive and non-cognitive ability to adapt to the labor market.
