粤港澳大湾区建设离不开高等教育的发展,大湾区要实现区域整体发展,必然要求高等教育整体协调发展。根据平衡发展理论,要实现高等教育平衡发展,必须大力发展城市经济,制定大湾区各市高等教育高地建设规划,超常规发展和协调发展,建设大湾区开放课程平台。

Constructing the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area requires the development of higher education.To realize the overall regional development,the Greater Bay Area should develop its higher education harmoniously.According to the balanced development theory,it should develop the urban economy vigorously to promote the balanced development of higher education;should formulate the construction plan of higher education highland,realize the ultra-convention development and the coordinated development,and build the open course platform of the Greater Bay Area.
