Enhancing the Intrinsic Value of Education:The Key to Reducing the Utilitarianization of Education

以教育本质内在规定的全面价值是否被教育主体内心所追求为标准,教育价值分为合理建构的内在价值与外在价值。教育内在价值和外在价值与功利化非教育价值是对立关系。消除教育功利化,促进教育健康发展,要促进教育外在价值向内在价值转化,并使二者相互促进;改变片面教育价值,减小教育负价值,消除教育的非教育价值,关键是增强教育内在价值。

Based on the standard whether the comprehensive value in the essence of education is pursued by the education subject,the educational value is divided into such two categories as the intrinsic value and the extrinsic value.The relationship between the educational value and the utilitarian non-educational value is opposite.To eliminate the utilitarianization of education and promote its healthy development,it is necessary to promote the transformation of the extrinsic value into the intrinsic value,change the one-sided educational value,and reduce the negative value of education;and the most important is to enhance the intrinsic value of education.
