摘要
剑桥大学将高校、创新成果与新经济一体化地联系起来,通过学术创业与集群发展的共生、共赢,实现了从知识生产到知识转型、再到知识创造的跨越。其主要举措包括:通过创意训练实现学术知识与商业实战的跨界交融,探索多种创业解决方案;以辐射创业全流程的激励措施带动区域创业;全力打造集群式成果转化的技术推进平台,实现技术、资本和政策的高效融合。为建设高水平"双创"教育体系,我国高校的创业教育要进一步向产业倾斜,课程体系应体现产业化导向;要加强高校创业支持机构的建设,以强化创业激励;要完善学术成果产业链,精准对接学术创业与技术集群。
By the symbiosis and win-win of academic entrepreneurship and cluster development,Cambridge university has integrated the universities,innovation achievements and new economy.Its main measures include the cross-border integration of academic knowledge and business practice through creativity training to explore a variety of entrepreneurial solutions,the regional entrepreneurship promotion with incentives for radiating the whole entrepreneurship process,and the cluster technology promotion platform construction for efficient integration of technology,capital and policies.To build a high-level"entrepreneurship and innovation"education system,the domestic entrepreneurship education in colleges and universities should be further inclined to industry with the industry-oriented curriculum system.Also it is necessary to improve the industrial chain of academic achievements to accurately link the academic entrepreneurship with technology clusters.
