高校教师胜任力与创业教育绩效研究 被引量:20

On the Relationship between Teachers’ Competency and Entrepreneurial Education Performance

摘要 高校创业教育教师胜任力的增强有助于提升创业教育绩效和创业人才培养质量。本研究基于对1134名创业教育教师的调查分析发现,高校创业教育教师胜任力可分为创业技能型因子、传统学术型因子和创业态度型因子三个维度;前两类能力的提升主要靠学习培训机制,创业态度型因子的增强则主要靠交流合作机制;创业技能型因子对创业教育绩效提升的作用最大。高校提升创业教育绩效要从学习和培训机制建设、增强教师创业技能、树立创新创业典型等方面着手,统筹考虑三类胜任力因子,分类施策。 The enhancement of teachers’competency is conducive to the performance of college entrepreneurship education and the quality of entrepreneurship talent cultivation.Investigating 1134 teachers,it found that their competency could be divided into three dimensions:the entrepreneurial skill factor,the traditional academic factor and the entrepreneurial attitude factor.The first two factors mainly depend on the learning and training mechanism,while the other mainly relies on the exchange and cooperation mechanism.The factor of entrepreneurial skill plays the biggest role in improving the performance.To improve the performance of entrepreneurship education,colleges and universities should take corresponding measures,such as construction of the learning-training mechanism,strengthening teachers’entrepreneurship skills,and setting up innovation and entrepreneurship models.
