摘要
文章分析GZTΦ2.4×20格栅式转筒干燥机烘干炭材存在的问题(产生的粉末大),有针对性地提出了改造方案并实施。通过改造后降低了炭材干燥过程的破损率,实现炭材干燥与筛分同步进行,实现热风炉煤粉上料自动化。
In this article,the problems existing in drying carbon material in GZT 2.4×20 grid drum dryer are analyzed,and the reform scheme is put forward and implemented.After modification,the breakage rate of carbon material drying process is reduced,the carbon material drying and sieving are carried out synchronously,and the automation of pulverized coal feeding in hot blast furnace is realized.
