摘要
"冷结晶—正浮选—洗涤法"工艺生产氯化钾是基于"冷分解—正浮选—洗涤法"生产氯化钾工艺基础改进优化而来,文章主要运用水盐体系相图"杠杆规则法"对生产过程进行了物料衡算。通过相图知识和质量守恒原理,可以直观便捷地计算生产过程的最佳分解加水量和最佳洗涤加水量,从而保证生产过程的收率和产品质量、消耗定额等的计算。
The production of KCl by"cold crystallization-positive flotation-washing"process is based on the improvement and optimization of the technological basis of"cold decomposition-positive flotation-washing"process for KCl production.In this article,the material balance in the production process is carried out by using the lever rule method of phase diagram of water-salt system.Through the knowledge of phase diagram and the principle of conservation of mass,the optimum decomposition water and washing water can be calculated intuitively and conveniently,so as to ensure the calculation of yield,product quality and consumption quota of production process.
