黄河国家文化公园建设的理论与实践探索

Theoretical and Practical Exploration on the Construction of Yellow River National Cultural Park

黄河国家文化公园是承载大河文明、传播中华优秀文化的重要载体,也是展示国家文化自信和软实力的有效媒介。本文阐述了黄河国家文化公园的概念和内涵,审视了黄河国家文化公园的属性、与其他国家公园和国家文化公园的关系、建设长短期目标以及建设边界等问题,并对推进黄河国家文化公园高质量建设提出以下建议:(1)全面推动黄河文化保护传承与现代转型;(2)积极推进黄河国家文化公园规划研究;(3)建立并完善黄河国家文化公园管理体制与法制保障体系;(4)加快黄河国家文化公园文旅融合与高质量发展步伐。

The Yellow River National Cultural Park is an important carrier of river civilization and excellent Chinese culture,as well as an effective medium to demonstrate national cultural confidence and soft power.This paper expounds the concept and connotation of the Yellow River National Cultural Park,examines the properties of the Yellow River National Cultural Park,the relationship with other national parks and national cultural parks,the long-term and short-term goals of its construction,and its construction boundary.Then we put forward the following suggestions to promote the high-quality construction of the Yellow River National Cultural Park:(1)Promoting the protection,inheritance and modern transformation of the Yellow River culture.(2)Promoting the Yellow River National Cultural Park planning research.(3)Establishing and perfecting the Yellow River National Cultural Park management system and its legal security system.(4)Accelerating the culture-tourism integrated development in the Yellow River National Cultural Park.
