新时代高校“00后”大学生主流意识形态引领路径分析

Leading Path of College Students’ Mainstream Ideology in the New Era

意识形态工作是高校思想政治工作的关键环节,有着极端重要的作用。新时代国内外形势和“00后”大学生所呈现出的新特点,给予高校意识形态工作以新的挑战。但在实际工作中,很多非重点高校在主流意识形态引领过程中出现了主渠道作用不突出、内容脱离实际、各环节缺乏系统性、缺乏制度保障等问题,对此,应加强制度保障,牢牢把握领导权;重视思政课改革,发挥主渠道作用;发挥学生主体作用;发挥多渠道引领,营造良好校园文化氛围,实现有力度、有温度的宣传和潜移默化的引导。

Ideological work,as the key link of ideological and political work in college education,plays an extremely important role.The situation at home and abroad in the new era and the new characteristics of college students,who were born after 2000,give new challenges to the ideological education.Many non-prestigious universities have problems in the process of leading the mainstream ideology.For example,the role of the main channel is not prominent,content departs from reality,it’s not systematic in all links and lack of institutional guarantee and other problems.In this regard,institutional guarantee should be strengthened to firmly grasp the leadership;great importance should be attached to the reform of ideological and political courses and give play to the role of the main channel;the main role of students and multi-channel guidance should be emphasized to create a good campus cultural atmosphere and realize the publicity with strength and temperature and subtle guidance.
