新时代下我国区域生态环保审计存在的问题与实施路径探析

新时代生态文明建设是“五位一体”发展格局中重要的组成部分,更加突出强调人与自然的和谐共生理念。生态环保审计为生态文明建设和环境质量提升保驾护航,是国家监督治理体系的关键要素。区域内的生态环保审计有其特殊性和复杂性,存在审计资金利用效率低、区域审计合作有限、审计监管不到位、审计成果公开度不足等问题,鉴于此,提出增强区域生态环保审计合作深度、完善审计相关制度建设、构建审计长效监督管理体系等具体实施路径。

Ecological progress in the new era is an important part of the five-sphere integrated development plan,highlighting the concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature.As a key element of the national supervision and governance system,ecological environmental audit escorts the construction of ecological civilization and the improvement of environmental quality.Regional ecological environmental auditing has its particularity and complexity,problems are various such as the low efficiency of fund used for auditing,limited regional cooperation,insufficient supervision,and less publicity of the audit results.To solve these problems,this study proposes to strengthen the regional ecological environmental cooperation depth,perfect the relevant system construction,and construct a long-lasting audit supervision and audit management system.
