隧道掘进机主驱动电机振动数据采集与分析 被引量:2

摘要 论文对隧道掘进机主驱动电机振动信号进行采集,选用YA-19F压电式加速度传感器,解决了传感器安装方法与安装位置的问题。然后对校园监测终端的登录和数据下载过程进行了详细描述,完成了传感器数据采集频率的选择。最后通过"YSV工程测试与信号分析软件"对8个采集通道进行实时监测,并且绘制了某天与某段时间的振动加速度趋势图,对振动数据进行了时域分析。 Based on data collected from the vibration signal of the main driving motor of tunnel boring machine,the YA-19F piezoelectric acceleration sensoris used to solve the problem of sensor installation method and installation position.Then the campus monitoring terminal login and data download process is described in detail,completing the selection of sensor data collection frequency.Finally,through the"YSV engineering test and signal analysis software"for real-time moni⁃toring of the eight acquisition channels,the vibration acceleration trend chart is plotted on a certain period of time of a cer⁃tain day,and the vibration data is analyzed in the time domain.
