高职院校工匠精神培育与校园文化建设耦合机制研究

摘要 高职院校工匠精神培育与校园文化建设在育人目标、实施主体、价值导向和实践场域上均存在耦合逻辑,两者耦合可有效推动文化建设平台载体落地落细,丰富学生校园精神文化生活,彰显校园文化建设特色化、品牌化,提升高职院校办学影响力、美誉度。能否产生耦合效应取决于统筹推进高质量内涵发展、着力落实文化育人理念、校企打造工匠文化育人共同体和师生形塑最大支持圈,可通过加强协同、完善耦合领导机制,加强协作、形塑耦合融通机制,加强协用、健全资源共享机制,培养可堪重用的时代新人。 The cultivation of craftsman spirit in vocational colleges and the construction of campus culture have coupling logic in terms of education goals,implementation subjects,value orientation and implementation fields.And the coupling of these two can effectively promote the implementation of cultural construction platform carriers,enrich students'campus spiritual and cultural life,highlight the characteristics and branding of campus cultural construction,and enhance the influence and reputation of vocational colleges.Whether the coupling can be taken effect depends on the overall promotion of high-quality connotation development,the implementation of the concept of cultural education,the creation of craftsman cultural education community by schools and enterprises,and the formation of the largest support circle by teachers and students.By strengthening collaboration,the coupling leadership mechanism can be improved;by strengthening coordination,the coupling integration mechanism can be shaped;by strengthening the synergy,the resource sharing mechanism can be improved.In this way,new talents of the era who can take the important responsibility can be cultivated.
