高职院校工匠精神培育与校园文化建设在育人目标、实施主体、价值导向和实践场域上均存在耦合逻辑,两者耦合可有效推动文化建设平台载体落地落细,丰富学生校园精神文化生活,彰显校园文化建设特色化、品牌化,提升高职院校办学影响力、美誉度。能否产生耦合效应取决于统筹推进高质量内涵发展、着力落实文化育人理念、校企打造工匠文化育人共同体和师生形塑最大支持圈,可通过加强协同、完善耦合领导机制,加强协作、形塑耦合融通机制,加强协用、健全资源共享机制,培养可堪重用的时代新人。
